"After the earthquake attack on Haiti to plunder its gold bullion stored at their Central Bank, scores of humanitarian NGOs, e.g. Red Cross, United Nations and the Clinton Foundation used the disaster to make money for themselves through non-implementation of projects that global donations pouring in were precisely intended for."

"Antoine Jashe, 18, eats a plantain fritter purchased from a street seller, as he sits atop the roof of the earthquake damaged building where he is staying along with his girlfriend and roughly two dozen other homeless youth, in downtown Port-au-Prince, Haiti.

During the day, hairdressers and manicurists work inside the garbage-strewn structures, which are missing walls and, in some cases, entire facades. At night, the shells of the more intact buildings are home to people like Bellefleur and his family. Because he is an electrician, he managed to rig up electricity. But they have no water and much of the structure is exposed to the elements.

Before the quake, they lived in two rented rooms in the Carrefour-Feuilles district, near downtown. But the building was destroyed, he says, and they lived on the streets for more than a year.

“I don’t like the children here. It’s very open. There is no security,” he says."

Bernard Sansaricq, former president of the Haitian Senate, issued a blistering statement condemning the Clinton Foundation, which has been posted at Donald Trump’s campaign website.

Sansaricq’s statement says:

"Sadly, when an earthquake rocked the nation of Haiti in 2010, corruption moved in faster than the help so desperately needed. Today, the people of Haiti are still suffering despite the billions of dollars that have flowed into the Clinton Foundation.

The Clintons exploited this terrible disaster to steal billions of dollars from the sick and starving people of Haiti. The world trusted the Clintons to help the Haitian people during their most desperate time of need and they were deceived.

The Clintons and their friends are richer today while millions still live in tents. The world deserves to know where the money went and why help was never sent."

However noble the motives of the officials working to get supplies into Haiti after the 2010 earthquake, numerous messages show a senior aide to then–Secretary of State Hillary Clinton coordinating with a Clinton Foundation official to identify FOBs. The Clintons have said repeatedly that the State Department never gave favorable treatment to foundation supporters in Haiti or anywhere else.

“Nothing was ever done for anybody because they were contributors to the foundation,” Bill Clinton told CBS News’ Charlie Rose in September. “Nothing.”

The correspondence offers a glimpse into the first stages of a $10 billion Haiti recovery effort. The emails appear to show a State Department process that at times prioritized — and, some argue, benefited — people with close ties to the Clintons.

“I think when you look at both the State Department and the Clinton Foundation in Haiti, that line was pretty faint between the two,” said Jake Johnston, a Haiti analyst for the nonpartisan Center for Economic and Policy Research. “You had a lot of coordination and connection between the two, obviously. And I think that raises significant questions about how they were both operating.”
